In Teen Rock Band, you’ll collaborate with bandmate peers to pick, learn, and perform exciting rock covers in music venues around Portsmouth. Parts can be tailored based on your skills and experience. This ensemble has multiple sections — let’s find a fit for you!
Open to drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, strings, brass, vocals, woodwinds. Teen Rock Band welcomes students through grade 12, with at least 2 years of private study on their instrument.
A Note for New Students:
A placement audition is required for any new student to Teen Rock Band. Because our rock bands are small, spots are limited, especially for instruments such as drums, bass, and keyboard. Priority is given to returning students. However, we are excited to welcome new students to audition for placement.
