Tuition Aid

Helping Make the Arts Accessible through Tuition Aid

PMAC offers tuition aid for students in need. In determining awards, the Financial Aid Committee considers family financial obligations, along with additional factors such as temporary unemployment, emergencies, illnesses, and total music/art educational expenses.

If you, like many, have been impacted by the increasing cost of living, we are here to help. We have simplified and expanded our tuition aid program so your family can continue your studies at PMAC without interruption. We believe every person should have access to music and arts programs, regardless of their economic status, and especially during times of crisis. We will make sure you and your children do not have to go without arts programs.

Scholarship and Tuition Aid Application Deadlines

All applications are confidential.

  • March 1, 2025: Early application deadline for Youth Camps — for youth students applying to art and music camps in summer 2025.

  • May 1, 2025: Application deadline for Summer 2025 summer lessons, as well as (non-early) applications for art and music Youth Camps

Note: If you received aid for lessons in Fall 2024 and/or Spring 2025, please refer to the “Intent to Continue Summer Lessons” form sent to you via email.

Additional Tuition Aid Details

Our Tuition Aid Committee reviews the progress of each student at the end of each semester to determine continued assistance support for the next semester. Recipients of tuition aid awards who have an outstanding tuition balance for a prior semester are ineligible for aid until their outstanding balance is paid in full. All Returning Students must reapply for tuition aid each August.
