Step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself and your creativity in this exploratory mixed-media class. You’ll look at artwork from around the world, notice the colors, styles, and themes that speak to you, and use those discoveries to inspire your own work.
You’ll also find ideas in nature, design, memory, personal interests, and the world around you. Through collage, watercolor, printmaking, and other traditional and nontraditional processes, you can try new approaches, follow your curiosity, and create artwork with personal meaning.
This class gives you space to unplug, slow down, and settle into a more relaxed state of mind through artmaking. You’ll work at your own pace, share ideas with others, and receive guidance in a supportive, welcoming environment.
