PRIVATE MUSIC LESSON TUITION RATES

(per 18-week semester, 18 weeks in Fall, 18 weeks in Spring)

30-MINUTE LESSONS: $711 per semester
45-MINUTE LESSONS: $1,017 per semester
60-MINUTE LESSONS: $1,278 per semester

Private lessons can start at any time. Music students may take 30-, 45- or 60-minute lessons, depending on instrument, experience and preference. 18-week semester includes 17 private lessons, 1 workshop, and recitals.

MUSIC DEPARTMENTAL WORKSHOPS
Music Departmental Workshop Week is built into the semester’s private lesson curriculum. For any semester student, workshop week offers a choice of classes focusing on topics outside of a student’s current private study such as jazz improvisation, music history, vocal performance, composition and more!

RECITALS
We offer recital opportunities for any student who would like to participate. Our recitals are scheduled throughout each semester. Ask your instructor for more information!

NEW MUSIC LESSON STUDENTS SIX WEEK TRIAL

New individual instruction students start with a SIX-WEEK TRIAL of six, half-hour weekly private lessons. Once a trial is complete, a student may continue for the rest of the semester in the same lesson day/time and with the same instructor. Post-Tuition is       pro-rated for the remainder of the semester, once the trial period is over. Students may start a six-week trial at any time during the year.

SUZUKI VIOLIN LESSONS

(FOR CHILDREN AGE 4-7)
PMAC offers Suzuki Violin with Suzuki-certified instructor Gianna Alden. The program includes weekly, 30-minute private lessons along with monthly group classes. The Suzuki method embraces parental involvement in the lessons, encourages an early start for students, and utilizes listening, repetition, and encouragement to foster a love for making music.

SUZUKI VIOLIN SIX-WEEK TRIAL: $264
(6 weekly half-hour Private Lessons & one monthly Suzuki Group Class)

SUZUKI VIOLIN SEMESTER TUITION: $792 per semester
(18 total weeks. 17 weekly half-hour Private Lessons, one Departmental Workshop & monthly Suzuki Group Classes)

SUZUKI GROUP VIOLIN LESSONS: Early Beginner Suzuki Violin        for ages 4 – 5
In this group lesson with Gianna Alden, students and parents will be introduced to the violin and the Suzuki method. Students will focus on listening skills, following rhythms, and violin technique. These 45-minute group lessons are limited to 3 students per 13-week session in order to give each student individual attention. Students in this program will be encouraged to continue in private lessons when ready.

Class Day/Time:
Group A: Thursdays, 4:00 – 4:45PM
Group B: Thursdays, 4:45 – 5:30PM

Fall 2018 Semester Course Dates: October 4 – January 17
Spring 2019 Semester Course Dates: January 31 – May 9
Tuition: $429 per semester
