Rob’s teaching credits include Deering High School in Portland, ME, the Stoughton Public Schools, the Easton Public Schools. In Easton, Rob served as Director of Music (K-12) and Director of Bands for the Oliver Ames High School Marching, Concert and Jazz Bands. He is currently the Director of Bands at Cape Elizabeth High School in Cape Elizabeth, ME. His ensembles have been recognized at the district, state and national levels for their outstanding musical performances.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Berklee College of Music and Master of Science Degree in Music Technology from Indiana University. He is a State Street Bank, 40 under 40 Award winner and the 2013 recipient of the Berklee College of Music Exemplary Music Educator Award. In 2016, Rob was featured as the Massachusetts music educator for School Band & Orchestra 50 Directors Who Make a Difference. Rob lives in Dayton, ME with his wife Kirstie and their three sons, Naaman, Samuel and Thomas.
