Private Lesson Tuition Rates

Applies from Sept 2025-August 2026

30-MINUTE LESSONS: $49 per lesson

45-MINUTE LESSONS: $71 per lesson
60-MINUTE LESSONS: $89 per lesson

  • Music students may take 30-, 45- or 60-minute lessons, depending on experience and preference.
  • Visual Art students  take 45- or 60-minute lessons to accommodate project set up/breakdown time.

New to PMAC or exploring a new instrument or art form? You can start private lessons at any time with a 6-week trial. It’s a low-pressure way to see if the teaching artist, focus area, and schedule feel like the right fit. After the trial, you’re can continue as-is or make a change. 

Music Lesson Trial: 6 weekly 30-minute lessons | $49 per lesson
Art Lesson Trial: 6 weekly 45-minute lessons | $71 per lesson
