Nick Phaneuf studied upright bass with Jon Hunter while attending University of New Hampshire. Since then he has performed nationally and internationally on guitar and bass with artists such as Tish Hinajosa, Sofia Lee Davis, and Veronica Lewis. Nick Phaneuf performs regionally with bands Tourist Attraction, Dan Blakeslee and the Calabash Club, Spinal Tarp, and fiveighthirteen. Nick is also the co artistic director for Diaspora Radio. He has taught at PMAC since 2008 as a private instructor, music technology teacher and co-director of the PMAC rock band program. Nick lives in Barrington, NH with his wife Michaela, his son Winter, and their dog Zaphod.
